Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

Gypsy may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication information, language preferences and support messages. When you create, we process prompts, uploaded images or videos, project metadata and generation settings.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for the creative task and you have the right to do so.

2. Generation data and AI providers

To perform a generation, Gypsy may transmit the prompt, uploaded media and relevant settings to the AI provider/model you selected. The information sent is limited to what is reasonably required to complete that job.

Third-party providers process that information under their own infrastructure and applicable contractual terms. Provider retention and processing practices can differ by model and may change over time.

3. Payment information

Gypsy may process payment status, order references, transaction identifiers, payment method, amount and timestamps. Full card credentials or mobile-financial-service PINs should be entered only into the authorized payment provider's checkout and are not intended to be stored by Gypsy.

4. Automatically collected information

Gypsy may collect device/browser information, IP-derived security information, session events, feature usage, error logs and performance diagnostics. These records help operate, secure and improve the service.

5. How information is used

• Provide account, generation, asset, support and billing features.
• Submit jobs to the exact selected AI model/provider.
• Maintain Gcoin balances, refunds and transaction history.
• Protect accounts and detect abuse, fraud or security incidents.
• Diagnose failures and improve product reliability and usability.
• Meet legal, tax, payment and compliance obligations where applicable.

6. Sharing

Gypsy does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate Gypsy, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, email/authentication services, analytics/security vendors and payment processors.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Gypsy or third parties from fraud, abuse or security threats.

7. Explore and published generations

Generation content is intended to remain private unless you choose to publish it to Explore or another community surface. If you publish, Gypsy may display the output together with the creation details you selected to share, such as model, prompt, aspect ratio, resolution, workflow and creator profile information.

Other users may be able to copy public prompts/settings or prepare a remix from published work. If a publish control allows you to hide the prompt, Gypsy will not intentionally show the hidden prompt through the Explore interface.

8. Retention

Account and transaction records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, legal, tax, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes. Creative assets and generation history may remain available until you delete them or until product retention settings require deletion.

Some provider-side copies may be subject to the selected provider's retention rules.

9. Security

Gypsy uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and enable additional security controls when available.

10. Your choices

You may update profile information, manage notification preferences and request account or data assistance through Gypsy Support. Available privacy rights can vary based on applicable law and your location.

11. Changes to this Policy

Gypsy may update this Policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
