Terms of Use

1. Using Gypsy

You may use Gypsy only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and all activity performed through your account.

Do not share passwords or authentication codes. You must notify Gypsy Support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. AI models and exact-model routing

Gypsy provides access to supported third-party and/or first-party AI models through one creative workspace. When Gypsy identifies a job as using a specific model, the product is designed to submit that job to the selected model rather than silently substituting another model.

Model availability, capabilities, speed, moderation, output quality and uptime may still depend on the underlying provider. A provider may change or discontinue a model or feature without Gypsy controlling that change.

3. Your prompts, uploads and outputs

You retain the rights you have in content you upload. You grant Gypsy the limited permission necessary to transmit, process, store and display that content to provide the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, images, videos, logos, voices, trademarks or other material you submit. Rights in AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction and by the terms of the selected model provider.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Gypsy to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, compromise systems, distribute malware, conduct fraud, or bypass technical restrictions. Use may also be subject to the native safety and usage requirements of the selected AI provider.

Gypsy may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, payment systems, providers or legal compliance.

5. Gcoin

Gcoin is Gypsy’s single non-transferable service credit used for eligible generation and creative features. It is not money, e-money, cryptocurrency, stored value, an investment product, or a claim against Gypsy for cash. Gcoin cannot be withdrawn, transferred between users or redeemed for cash unless Gypsy is legally required to provide a monetary refund.

Generation prices may vary by model, workflow, quality, duration, resolution and other settings. The applicable Gcoin cost is shown before a supported generation is submitted.

6. Explorer, plans, top-ups and payments

Gypsy may offer a free Explorer account that provides access to discovery/community features without including generation Gcoin. Paid subscription plans may include a recurring monthly Gcoin allowance. Purchased top-up Gcoin is separate from that allowance. Pricing, taxes, renewal terms and payment-method availability are shown at checkout.

Selected flagship AI models may require an eligible Studio, Agency or other disclosed premium membership. Flagship access uses the same Gcoin wallet and does not create a second currency.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as mobile financial services, card processors or payment gateways. Their own terms may also apply to the payment transaction.

7. Failed generations and refunds

Gypsy is designed to return eligible Gcoin automatically when a generation is charged but fails to produce a usable output. Monetary refunds, duplicate-payment corrections and other exceptions are governed by the Refund & Gcoin Policy.

8. Explore and public publishing

Generations are intended to remain private unless you choose to publish them to Explore or another public/community surface. When you publish, the output and the creation details you elect to share — such as prompt, model, settings, aspect ratio or resolution — may become visible to other users and may be copied or remixed.

Gypsy may provide options such as publishing the output with the full recipe, publishing the output while hiding the prompt, or keeping work private. You remain responsible for ensuring content you publish may lawfully be made public.

9. Availability and changes

Gypsy may add, remove or change models, workflows, pricing, limits or features. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, Gypsy will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

The service may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, internet failures or events outside Gypsy's control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You should review outputs before publishing or relying on them, especially where legal, financial, medical, safety or reputational consequences may arise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gypsy is provided on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular creative result.

11. Termination

You may stop using Gypsy at any time. Gypsy may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, create fraud or security risk, or require suspension by law or a payment/provider relationship.
