GypsyAIRefund & Gcoin Policy
A clear explanation of Gypsy service credits, failed-generation refunds, subscription allowances and payment corrections.
Effective: September 24, 2026The core rule
Gypsy is designed to show the Gcoin cost before a generation is submitted. If an eligible charged generation fails and does not return a usable output, the charged Gcoin is designed to be returned automatically to the user's Gypsy balance.
1. What Gcoin is
Gcoin is Gypsy’s single non-transferable service credit for eligible creative features and generation usage. Gypsy does not use a separate premium coin for flagship models; eligible membership controls access while the same Gcoin wallet pays for usage.
Gcoin is not cash, e-money, stored value, cryptocurrency or an investment. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user or exchanged for cash except where a monetary refund is required by applicable law.
2. Explorer, subscription allowance and purchased Gcoin
The free Explorer account may include no generation Gcoin. A paid plan may include Gcoin as a recurring monthly allowance, which may reset on the plan renewal cycle as disclosed in the plan. Separately purchased top-up Gcoin remains a distinct balance and does not replace the monthly allowance.
3. Failed generation refunds
When Gypsy successfully charges Gcoin for a job but the job ends in an eligible provider/system failure without a usable output, Gypsy will return the charged Gcoin to the appropriate balance. Duplicate refunds are prevented by the job/order record.
A result that completed successfully but simply does not match a subjective creative preference is generally not treated as a technical failure. Users should review the selected model, prompt and settings before submitting.
4. Cancelled jobs
If a supported workflow allows cancellation before provider processing begins, Gypsy may release or return the reserved Gcoin. Once a provider has accepted or materially processed a generation, cancellation eligibility can depend on provider billing behavior.
5. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you are charged more than once for the same Gypsy order, charged an incorrect amount, or complete a payment that is not credited after successful verification, contact Gypsy Support with the Gypsy order reference and the payment-provider transaction reference.
Verified payment errors will be corrected by crediting the purchased product or, where appropriate, refunding the duplicate/incorrect monetary charge through the available payment route.
6. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals after the applicable paid period. Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, cancellation by itself does not automatically create a cash refund for time already used in the current billing period.
7. Monetary refund requests
Requests involving an unauthorized payment, duplicate charge, payment-provider error or other exceptional circumstance are reviewed based on the transaction record and applicable law. Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original or otherwise supported payment method when technically possible.
8. Abuse and reversals
Gypsy may withhold or reverse credits obtained through fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, manipulated payment confirmations or other misuse. Accounts involved in confirmed fraud may be suspended.
9. Getting help
For the fastest review, include your account email, Gypsy order or generation ID, selected model/workflow, approximate time, payment method and payment-provider reference. Never send your bKash/Nagad/Rocket PIN, card PIN, CVV or authentication code.
